Hello!! My name is Heather Dawkins. My husband Spencer and I have been married for  16 years and we have 2 daughters. I am a stay at home Momma. I love to just spend time with my family and friends that God has blessed me with. I love the outdoors, photography, reading, and learning more about my Savior.  I asked Jesus to come into my heart at a very young age..but it wasn’t until years and years later that I truly surrendered to HIM. Allof my adult life I wondered what my purpose was. You know the song…it goes..There’s got to be more to life… ?? Well, God tugged and tugged at my heart to do more for HIM. I now co-lead a bible study at my church, am on our Women’s Ministry Leadership team and love blogging for His Glory!  My prayer is that you will be blessed by what God leads me to blog about. I encourage you to share my blog with others if you feel it will help them in any way! Answering God’s call to blog about Him is so exciting to me! I am so thankful!

 I have been asked how often I plan on publishing new posts…the answer is that I don’t know. I will write whenever God leads me to write and whatever He leads me to write about. This calling is not one I take lightly..and I want you to know that I honestly pray before, during and after I write these posts.

 There is NOTHING like the peace that comes from fully surrendering to God. When I finally did, my life changed completely. All because of JESUS!

1 Corinthians 9:16 ~ For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of, for necessity is laid upon me; yes, woe is me if I do not preach the gospel!
