It has been one of those weeks. You know the kind. The ones that leave you needing encouragement from others and the kind that causes you to cling to God even more. I find strength in knowing that God cares about it ALL. He truly cares.
No matter how strong you are in your faith in God, you will find yourself in places sometimes that really try your emotions. That’s life friends. Well, life here on this earth.
I am stronger now than I have ever been in my spiritual walk with God. This doesn’t mean I am exempt from hurt or trials though. It is my faith in Christ Jesus that gets me through each moment though. When life hurts, it is such a comfort to read my Bible and just “marinate” (for lack of a better word 🙂 ) in His TRUTHS! I know that the words He says in His WORD ..the Holy Bible are TRUE! How? Simply because of my faith..but also because of the peace that comes over me..the comfort I gain from applying these TRUTHS to my life.
When trouble and heartache comes..and it will…you and I can rest assured that God has our back. (If you put your faith in Him and truly believe He is your Savior) I know that when I apply God’s word to my life, things turn out much better than when I try to handle my hurts or fears or problems my way.

Scripture says that He cares for you!
1 Peter 5:6,7 (NKJV) ~ Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
Notice that it doesn’t say He will exalt you in your time..He says in “due time”. He knows the perfect time. His timing IS perfect. The point is, He does care. When we hurt, He is still there. When we are impatient and want our way, not His..He is still there.
We have to learn to release control of our lives to God. The ONE ..the only ONE who will never let us down.
TRUST
Proverbs 3:5,6 ~ Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths.
ALL
Both passages of scripture I have shared with you uses the word ALL quite a bit. The word ALL is not there by accident. He wants us to release it ALL to Him. He cares about it ALL! That is so comforting to me. We don’t have to be anxious or worried or handle anything by ourselves. In fact, when we give it ALL to God…He works everything to our good. We have to learn to accept that our version of good and God’s version of good are usually different. His way is always best though!
Romans 8:28 (NKJV) ~ And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
Don’t these scriptures give you comfort? If they don’t, they can if you truly put your faith and trust in God.
Be blessed and try to be a blessing to everyone you encounter! If we start thinking in terms of being a blessing to others, then we will truly be blessed. Know that Jesus loves you and He really does care. I know that I sure find comfort and peace in knowing He has my back!
